The Native Commercial Credit Corporation (SOCCA) provides a last resort non-refundable contribution of up to $99,999 to Indigenous individuals or corporations owned by a First Nation, the Native Alliance of Quebec or by one of their members.

1. be a First Nation or the Native Alliance of Quebec;
2. be a member of a First Nation or the Native Alliance of Quebec;

4. have the necessary financial resources (equity: 10% minimum of the cost of the project).
