Compass North is a five-month accelerator program for women-led startups in the greater Kingston region. It is a women’s startup accelerator that matches founders with a dedicated mentors to help them think strategically and reach their goals and objectives.

Applicants must:
1. be women entrepreneurs who live in eastern Ontario;
2. be leading and building a tech-based company;
3. have primary operations in select areas of eastern Ontario;
4. have companies generating revenue or have a customer base.

Application Steps:

1. Applicants must register in the https://www.l-spark.com/apply/ form to express interest in the accelerator and someone from L-Spark Accelerator team will be in touch.
2. Once accepted into the bootcamp, companies will have the opportunity to pitch for one of 5 spots in the accelerator.
