Project Gazelle

Project Gazelle is a program that focuses on assisting female entrepreneurs to build a successful venture. In partnership with Community Futures from across the province, Project Gazelle offers free or heavily subsidized business training courses, workshops, mentorship and even coworking space in some communities.
“The Gazelle” is an online marketplace for the women entrepreneur clients of Project Gazelle to post their products and services. The marketplace connects shoppers in Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan (and around the globe) to the products and services produced, marketed, and sold by the women entrepreneur clients of Project Gazelle!

Project Gazelle is supported by the Government of Canada’s Women Entrepreneurship Strategy. Through 15 Community Futures offices and other community partners, we support female entrepreneurs and business owners in Northern Alberta and Northwest Saskatchewan.
The Community Futures offices delivering the program in Alberta are: Community Futures East Central Alberta, Community Futures Lac La Biche, Community Futures Lakeland, Community Futures Yellowhead East, Community Futures Lloydminster Region, Community Futures West Yellowhead, Community Futures Wood Buffalo.
