Art enriches the lives of Albertans, promotes creativity and innovation, and contributes to a more diversified economy. This program seeks to inspire innovation in the arts and to promote a wider understanding and appreciation of the arts and artists in Alberta.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be artists who are residents of Alberta that practice any artistic discipline(s) including, but may not be limited to:
1. dance
2. film and video
3. Indigenous arts
4. literary arts
5. music
6. theatre
7. visual arts and new media
