Description:
The Revitalization Extensive Project Fund offers organizations the opportunity to apply for funding for larger-scale projects in Revitalization Areas.
Comments on Funding:
The Fund is guided by core and secondary criteria that ensure that grant resources are used efficiently and effectively and are aligned with Revitalization objectives.

Eligibility:
Registered (not -for-profit) or incorporated (for-profit, enterprise, or homeowners association) under a provincial or federal act
Supporting community development initiatives in connection with Community Services or Neighbourhood Services, or providing fiscal agency for an organization, group or individual that is eligible for funding
Be in good standing with the City of Edmonton (that is, no outstanding financial requirements, funds owed to the City,including but not limited to property taxes, or reporting for other City grants previously awarded)
Application Steps:
Prior to submitting an application, the applicant must:
Reach out to the Neighbourhood Resource Coordinator (NRC) to ensure alignment and verify eligibility
Review all REPF application requirements
Provide all the proper attachments including the budget sheet

The application process may take up to 8 weeks from the end of the intake period before payment is processed. Applicants will be informed if the project has been accepted to advance to agreement development within 4-6 weeks from the end of the intake period.
