The Bourse+ is an annual competition that rewards and promotes 20 Montréal startups that stand out for their innovation, growth potential and achievements with a $20,000 grant and access to an ecosystem of resources and business opportunities.

Eligibility:

The applicant must:
1. be a startup;
2. be incorporated, have its head office on the island of Montreal and be an independent company and not a subsidiary of a larger company;
3. have a for-profit business;
4. have the majority of the company’s shares held by founders who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents;
5. be with a team of several co-founders or be a single founder, but with the objective of building a team.
6. hold the rights to use the intellectual property of its product or service, if applicable.
