Description:
The Province of British Columbia created the Indigenous Housing Fund in 2018. This fund represents a $1.7-billion investment to build more than 3,500 affordable homes on and off reserve. There are now more than 3,220 new affordable homes open or underway through the IHF program since its launch in 2018.

Applicants must be:
1. Indigenous non-profit housing providers
2. First Nations
3. Indigenous Governments
4. Non-profit housing providers or private housing developers partnering with Indigenous non-profit housing providers, First Nations or Indigenous governments
