Applicants must:

  • be new and existing businesses;
  • be looking for funds for capital purchases, operating capital, inventory, start-up costs, and expansion;
  • be located in the communities of North Central British Columbia: Binche Keyoh, Cluculz Lake, Coryville, Dog Creek, Engen, Fraser Lake, Fort St James, Fort Fraser, Germansen Landing, Kluskus, Manson Creek, Nadleh Whut’en First Nation, Nak’azdli Whut’en, Nithi Valley, Saik’uz First Nation, Stellat’en First Nation, Takla Lake First Nation, Tl’azt’en Nation, Vanderhoof, Willow Vale and Yekooche First Nation.
