Description:
The Youth Labour Rebate Program is available to contractors who hire Yukon youth. The rebate is equal to 15% of the gross wages and benefits paid to the youth.

Funding takes the form of rebates equal to 15% of the gross wages and benefits paid to the youth.
Continuous Intake
Eligibility:
Applicants must be Yukon businesses working on contracts of any value that hire Yukon residents between the ages of 16 and 24.
Application Steps:
Applicants must:
1. fill out the Employee Information and Release form;
2. contact the Business Incentive Program for a copy of the Employment Report worksheet;
3. sign a Statutory Declaration and have it notarized. This declaration must be completed before a claim can be paid out;
4. submit the application and documents:
In person: 303 Alexander Street (first floor) in Whitehorse, Yukon. The Business Incentive Program office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
