Description:

CAE Beauce-Chaudière’s Youth Strategy Loan contributes to increasing the capital outlay of young entrepreneurs in order to support them in their acquisition, start-up, modernization or business development project.

Comments on Funding:

Funding is a loan of up to $25,000:
– Capital moratorium of up to 24 months;
– Maximum amortization of 7 years;
– Interest-free for the first 24 months;
– Interest rate: Bank of Canada TP + % risk premium;
– Promoter life insurance for CAE financing value;
– Disbursement fee of 2% of the loan amount;
– Maximum $50,000 per business.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be entrepreneurs;
2. be between 18 and 39 years old;
3. provide capital outlay:
a) minimum of 10% in a business succession situation;
b) minimum of 20% in the case of business start-ups.
4. hold majority decision-making power in the company;
5. demonstrate the viability of the business and its repayment capacity;
6. have companies with 200 employees or less;
7. have projects not risk endangering competitors located on its territory;
8. work full-time in his business (minimum 30 hours per week);
9. have its main place of business in the territory of the MRC Beauce-Sartigan, Nouvelle-Beauce or Beauce-Centre.
