Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be companies located in the territory served by the CAE;
2. be in business for at least 12 months;
3. demonstrate profitability and viability of the business or demonstrate short-term potential;
4. present good prospects for development and growth;
5. demonstrate the strength and experience of the management team;
6. provide tangible guarantees where necessary.
