Description:
CAE Montmagny-L’Islet’s Youth Fund is a loan that can be used as a down payment to obtain a loan from another financial institution.
Comments on Funding:
Funding is a loan between $5,000 to $25,000:
– Interest-free personal loan for 24 months;
– Maximum of two youth loans in the company;
-The required capital outlay corresponds to at least 5% of the overall financial package of the project.
– Guarantee required: Personal deposit.
– Life insurance on the loan required.
Continuous Intake
Eligibility:
The applicant must:
1. be a promoter aged 18 to 39 inclusive;
2. have a company (or future company) with its head office in the MRC of Montmagny or L’Islet and maintain significant activities there;
3. be registered (SENC) or incorporated. NPOs are not eligible;
4. have a project that must create or maintain at least one full-time job (30 hours/week);
5. be a majority owner or have decision-making power in the company.
