2. be officially registered non-profit organizations, including a non-profit organization, a cooperative or a membership organization;
3. be seeking financing for start-up a new Social Enterprise or to expand, renovate, or upgrade of an existing one;
4. have business operations providing a realistic expectation of economic viability, ensure sound business practices, and facilitate job creation and maintenance in the community;
5. be located within the service area of CBDC Kent.
