3. be an existing company in need of working capital;
4. be both year-round and seasonal businesses;
5. be potential borrowers showing a legitimate chance of economic viability;
6. demonstrate employment creation and/or maintenance without negatively impacting existing area businesses;
7. be located within the service area of CBDC Labrador.
