Community Futures Grenville provides business loans to qualified applicants seeking financing to start their new business, purchase equipment for their existing business, or have plans to expand.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be new businesses;
2. be existing businesses;
3. be located in the Town of Prescott and the Townships of Augusta, Edwardsburgh/Cardinal and the Municipality of North Grenville.

Application Steps:

Applicants must:
1. gather information about their request, how much is required, purpose, and how it will help their business;
2. meet with the Business Loans Officer;
3. complete and submit the loan application package;
4. be notified of the decision of the Investment Committee.

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must provide:
1. completed Loan Application Form, along with documents required on the Loan Application Checklist;
2. Personal Financial Statement for each partner / shareholder
3. Copy of your Business Registration and/or Articles of Incorporation
4. Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport of each partner / shareholder.
5. additional information as requested.
