Description:

Peter and Janet Gardiner Award for Small Business and Entrepreneurship award will recognize student creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship as evidenced by a student’s genuine interest in small business and entrepreneurship through the establishment or the intention to establish a new venture.

Comments on Funding:

Funding will take the form of an award valued at a portion of the income on the endowment, normally $5,000.00 annually.

Eligibility:

The applicants must be students in any program of study (graduate or undergraduate).

Application Steps:

Applicants must:
1. provide a written report or plan describing their venture;
2. make an oral presentation to the Award Selection Committee, if selected.
