Description:
This program, offered jointly with Desjardins, is intended for entrepreneurs aged 35 or less and who are just starting out. The financing granted under the Créavenir program must be combined with a loan from the Fonds PME MTL.
Comments on Funding:
Funding takes the form of a line of credit of up to $15,000 at prime + 0.5%, for a five-year period.
If necessary, a grant of up to $5,000, which can be used as leverage for obtaining financing from other sources.

Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. both reside and launch your business on Montréal Island;
2. be at the launch phase or have operated a business for less than 3 years;
3. be aged 35 or less;
4. be a member of a participating Desjardins caisse or prepared to join one;
5. use the financial aid received as leverage to access other sources of financing.

Every application is studied by the joint investment committee (CIC) of the hub concerned, to determine the entrepreneur’s qualifications and the viability of the proposal in light of the fund’s objectives and requirements.
