Comments on Funding:
Funding takes the form of loans ranging from $10,000 to $300,000.
Loan terms and fees:
1. Loan with a maximum duration of 15 years.
2. Moratorium on capital repayment for up to 60 months.
3. After the moratorium period, the rate will be fixed at the prime rate + 2% (A rating), prime rate + 2.75% (B rating) or prime rate + 3.5% (C rating) = (minimum 5%).
4. Down payment and guarantees established according to the nature of the project.
5. Pricing according to SADC policy.
