Description:

The ÉcoPerfomance program offers financial support to organizations for carrying out energy efficiency projects, reducing GHG emissions or converting to greener energy sources (with the exception of the measures offered to simplified implementation projects, or bioenergy conversion projects, which are covered by the Bioenergy program ).

Maximum per site ($)/year is $10M; Maximum per request ($) is $5M.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be heavy consumers;
2. be small and medium consumers;
3. be large industrial consumers;
4. be large commercial consumers; 5. be large institutional consumers; 6. be small and medium industrial consumers; 7. be small and medium commercial consumers; 8. be small and medium institutional consumers;
9. have measures carrying out energy efficiency projects, reducing GHG emissions or converting to greener energy sources, including:
a) Energy efficiency projects;
b) Energy conversion projects;
c) Fugitive emission reduction projects.

Application Steps:

Applicants must:
1. provide:
a) Financial assistance request form in Excel format, tabs 1 and 3.1 duly completed;
b) the Financial Assistance Application Form in PDF format, signed and dated by the authorized signatory;
c) the Project Plan, signed and dated by an engineer;
d) the Monitoring Plan, signed and dated by an engineer;
e) all other documents relevant to the project;
2. send these documents by email to: transitionenergetique.affaires@mern.gouv.qc.ca.

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must provide:
1. a completed Financial aid application form;
2. relevant documents related to the project such as technical data sheets, spreadsheet or spreadsheet, plans, related reports;
3. a project plan;
4. additional documents as listed.
