Description:
This program provides funding for recommissioning or RCx projects. These projects involve carrying out a set of analyses, verifications and interventions according to a structured approach, with the aim of optimizing operation, among other things, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems of buildings, regardless of the form of energy used.
Comments on Funding:
Funding takes the form of a grant of up to $100,000.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be businesses that have recommissioning or RCx projects.
Application Steps:
Applicants must:
1. provide:
a) Financial assistance request form in Excel format, tabs 1 and 3.1 duly completed;
b) the Financial Assistance Application Form in PDF format, signed and dated by the authorized signatory;
c) Analysis Description, signed and dated by an accredited RCx agent.

Documentation Needed:
Applicants must provide:
1. a completed Financial aid application form;
2. Internal expenses – Declaration template;
3. a description of the analysis– EcoPerformance Program, project to overhaul building mechanical systems;
4. an analysis report – Investigation- deliverable 1;
5. an analysis report – Transfer- deliverable 2;
6. an annual analysis report – Continuous monitoring- deliverable 3;
7. a standard financial assistance agreement – RCx.
