ELLA Altitude is a 4-month accelerator program designed for women entrepreneurs who are ready to scale their business rapidly.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be women entrepreneurs with at least 50% ownership of a registered business, non-profit or social enterprise, and working full-time on their venture;
2. have a business that earns at least $200,000 in revenues annually; 3. have a significant traction in their industry and are ready to scale their business to new heights;
4. have a business located in Southern Ontario (between Ottawa and Windsor); and
5. be open to change, looking to step out of their comfort zone and are willing to give back to the ELLA Community with their own strengths and insight.
Special considerations are made for non-profit organizations and social enterprises.
