Description:

The Employment Related Training provides small businesses, public and private organizations and municipal governments in the Baffin Region wage subsidies to support job mentoring and training on the job initiatives for aboriginal people.

Comments on Funding:

1. On-the-job-training funds wages and costs related to the delivery of apprenticeships and on-the-job-training for a 12 – 48 week period.
2. Course purchase funds cover all or a portion of trainer and participant costs for approved courses.

2. provide job mentoring and training on the job initiatives to aboriginal people.
