This funding program supports the development and competitiveness of businesses in its territory. More specifically, it is a property tax credit promoting new construction or the improvement of non-residential buildings.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be investors who wish to set up businesses in Laval;
2. be owners of manufacturing businesses (and a few other sectors of activity);
3. be undertaking major expansion and renovation work;
4. have environmental sanitation service, exhibition of cultural objects and tourist center.
