Global Pitch Competition

Global Pitch Competition is a pitch competition for collegiate start-ups. The program is conducted across various cities by the local TiE Chapter. Participants are provided mentoring, bootcamps and workshops before pitching to a jury panel at the local pitch competition. The winners represent the chapter at the global competition and compete for cash prizes worth $100,000+.

Comments on Funding:

Funding will take the form of cash prizes of $100,000+, including the top prize of $50,000 and other in-kind prizes (e.g., cloud credits, technology, and startup services, etc)

Deadline: January 31, 2024

Applicants can be both idea stage entrepreneurs as well as early state start-ups where one of the founders is still in college or graduated within the preceding two academic years.

Application Steps:

Applicants must:

1. apply to the local competition;

2. attend the orientation sessions by the local TiE chapter;

3. undergo mentoring and workshops by seasoned entrepreneurs;

4. submit pitch deck, executive summary, and business model canvas;

5. pitch in front of a jury panel;

6. undergo global mentoring, workshops and bootcamp, if selected to the finalist cohort;

7. compete in the global finals, if selected.

3. a business model canvas.
