The Medium to Large-Scale Festivals Program finances long-established medium to large-scale film festivals in Canada.

Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. have a head office in Canada and operate in Canada;
2. be a Canadian-controlled organization, as defined in sections 26 to 28 of the Investment Canada Act,
working in the film, television or digital media sectors
3. be financially sound and demonstrate, to Telefilm’s satisfaction, that sound governance measures allowing the film festival to take place are in effect;
4. have experience and expertise in organizing film festivals of a nature and scope comparable to the onesubmitted for Telefilm funding.
