Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be businesses in the MRC de Beauce-Sartigan in their business start-up projects;
2. demonstrate that he has the knowledge and relevant experience in the field as well as management knowledge and skills;
3. provide down payment of at least 20% of the project cost, including 10% in cash;
4. demonstrate project viability and repayment capacity through financial forecasts.
