Description:

The Air Curtain Program is designed to provide financial assistance for the installation of air curtains, a technology that creates an invisible barrier of air over doorways and openings. This program is available for both new and existing Rate 1 customers who heat their buildings with natural gas.

Funding takes the form of a rebate of up to $8,750.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be:
1. Gazifère business customers;
2. new or existing Rate 1 customers;
3. using natural gas as their buildings’ main source of heat.

Application Steps:

Applicants must:
1. get a quote;
2. fill out the participation form;

3. Gazifère or a certified natural gas contractor can provide a quote for the installation of a air curtain.

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must submit:
1. the technical specifications for the appliance; and
2. a copy of the confirmation of payment for the appliance (the invoice must have been issued within 12 months prior to the application and must refer to the model of the device installed and contain the date of installation of the device.)
