IESO’s Foodservice Distributor Discount Program provides instant discounts on customers’ purchase of eligible energy-efficient commercial food service equipment.

Continuous Intake
Eligibility:
Applicants must be commercial businesses that purchase eligible foodservice equipment from participating distributors/dealers for installation in their business.
Application Steps:
Applicants (customers) must:
1. visit a participating distributor/dealer;
2. purchase their eligible equipment and provide their installation address and business name at checkout.
Their participating distributor/dealer will apply their discount – no paperwork required.
Documentation Needed:
To receive any discount, a completed proof of sale matched to the installation address must be provided by the participating distributor in accordance with applicable program requirements.
Other Things to Note:
1. This program is delivered by the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) and Enbridge Gas Inc.
2. IESO discounts are only available to businesses that sell eligible equipment to commercial business that are connected to, or behind the meter of an electricity consumer connected to, the IESO-controlled grid in eligible parts of Ontario. Enbridge Gas discounts are only available to commercial and industrial customers in its service territory in Ontario, including those formerly served by Union Gas Ltd.
