Description:

The Industry Expansion Program is aimed at supporting companies that are locating new operations in Manitoba or expanding existing operations.
The program assists companies by contributing to their investment in skills training for employees. Financial assistance for eligible projects may be available to businesses:
1. to support training of both net new hires and existing employees;
2. for training delivered by internal staff or external organizations;
3. to develop/purchase training curriculum/learning materials;
4. lease/purchase of equipment directly related to and required for training;
5. for eligible expenditures related to the development and delivery of appropriate training for employees.

1. be companies that are locating new operations or expanding existing operations;
2. be private, for-profit companies with a Canadian Business Number, licensed to carry on business in Manitoba.
