1. small businesses in the Town of East Gwillimbury, the Town of Georgina and the Township of Brock;
2. businesses in Scugog, Uxbridge, Whitchurch-Stouffville and King Township;
3. prospective clients seeking larger loans.

Application Steps:

Applicants must:
1. create an online account on the South Lake Futures website;
2. submit a completed and signed Business Loan Application and supporting documentation.

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must submit:
1. a copy of their business plan;
2. cash flow projections;
3. for existing businesses, their last 2 years financial statements.

Other Things to Note:

Their Business Financing also includes the Business Loans. They are part of the Community Futures Program for which is a general entry for Ontario.
