2. a regional ecosystem;
3. financing of $20,000 or less.

2. The maximum loan term is 5 years with the maximum interest rate is the prime rate + 4.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be:
1. women entrepreneurs in the Quebec City Region (women must own 50% or more of the business);
2. over 19 years old;
3. in all industries and sectors.
