Description:
Corn Insurance provides optional coverage for growing hybrid and open pollinated corn for grain, as well as provisions that directly relate to production, coverage and storage of silage corn.
Comments on Funding:
AgriInsurance premiums for corn production are shared 40 per cent by the producer, 36 per cent by the Government of Canada, and 24 per cent by the Province of Manitoba.

March 31 is the last day to apply for or make changes to an MASC AgriInsurance contract. June 30 is the last day to file a Seeded Acreage Report (SAR).
November 30 (December 1 for 2025) is the last day to file a Harvested Production Report (HPR) and register a post-harvest claim without penalty.
