Description:
Create grants value original artistic expression by supporting professional artists and arts groups in the creation and development of artistic work, including creation-based residencies.
Comments on Funding:
Grant amount:
1. Emerging – up to $7,500
2. Mid-career – up to $10,000
3. Established – up to $15,000
March 20 and October 10
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be professional artists;
2. be professional arts groups;
3. be indigenous Knowledge Keepers.
4. have a permanent physical address in Manitoba;
5. have lived in Manitoba for at least one full year before applying for a MAC grant.

3. The Established grant type is for applicants with:
o over 15 years of professional artistic activity; or
o minimum of 5 professional presentations or publications
