The Mifflin Entrepreneurship Award was designed to encourage and support entrepreneurship among students at Memorial Univeristy by providing seed funding at the early stages of business development.

The applicant must be:
1. enrolled either full-time or part-time in any program of undergraduate or graduate study at Memorial University of Newfoundland;
2. a participant in the MCE programs;
3. a recipient of the Spark Fund.
