1. be entrepreneurs representing an underserved population (female, LGTBQ2+, BIPOC, financially marginalized);
2. be businesses helping to solve a challenge in our community;
3. be seeking financing to impact affordable housing, healthcare, staffing shortages, supply chain challenges in rural communities;
4. be located in the District of Muskoka.
Application Steps:
Applicants must:
1. schedule a time to chat with Jodi through their online booking appointment;
2. meet with Jodi to discuss their ideas and needs and determine whether there’s a role for Muskoka Futures to play in their projects;
3. complete the online application which includes business and personal information;
4. be notified of the decision.

1. a completed loan application form,
2. business plan, and
3. other information as requested.
