Strategic Innovation and Expansion Pilot

By mmuise
Description:

The Strategic Innovation and Expansion Pilot provides funding to organizations to develop a workforce plan and strategies for effective human resource capacity building. Through this funding organizations will build internal capacity for human resource planning and include international recruitment along with innovative approaches to resolve workforce shortages. The Strategic Innovation and Expansion Pilot will have two areas of focus and provide two pathways in which organizations can submit their proposals for funding:
1. Immigrate to Opportunity Pathway: Activities under this pathway will create new opportunities for international recruitment in partnership with the Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism, while creating champions of change and growth within the targeted sector.
