Nishnawbe Aski Development Fund (NADF) delivers Women Entrepreneurship Fund to support Indigenous women entrepreneurs seeking financing to:
– start or grow a business;
– overcome barriers and access funding;
– build their credit; and
– leverage financing and support services.

Comments on Funding:

Funding is a loan of up to $50,000:
– 5% equity requirement;
– Repayable over 5 years;
– 8.5% interest rate.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be an Indigenous woman over the age of 18 years;
2. be a wholly owned or majority-owned (51%) Indigenous women-led business;
3. have a business be located and operating in NADF’s service area.
