Eligibility:
Applicants must be building owners and property managers who operate commercial and institutional buildings, including multi-unit residential buildings.
Application Steps:
Applicants must:
1. Register your building by filling out the building registration and consent form.
2. Set up your account in ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager and follow the steps to complete the energy model of your building(s).
3. Use Portfolio Manager’s tool to check for errors in your building model, then share your data with us.
