Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. Be businesses that can participate by manually shutting down equipment or through automation. Businesses must not be participating in and/or receiving incentives from an existing demand response or demand reduction program.
a. All measures that consume electricity are eligible. For example: HVAC, lighting, motors, pumping, etc.
2. Be a Nova Scotia Power customer
3. Be the utility account holder
4. Have utility-provided interval metering capable of providing continuous interval data at a minimum granularity of fifteen minutes
5. Be on either a 10, 11, 12, 21, 22, or 23 rate code
