Description:
The program supports Ontario-based artists and artist collectives working in visual arts, craft and media art practices in the presentation of their art work in a confirmed public exhibition.This is a third-party recommender program. Artists apply to galleries and organizations designated as recommenders for the program. These recommenders assess applications and submit grant recommendations to OAC.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be:
1. professional visual artists, craft artists and media artists who reside in Ontario and have a confirmed, public exhibition
2. Ontario-based visual, craft and media artist collectives that have a confirmed, public exhibition
Application Steps:
Applicants must complete and submit an application in Nova, OAC’s online grant application system. You will be able to do this approximately two months before the deadline.
Documentation Needed:
Applicants must submit;
1. basic information about the exhibition
2. a budget of eligible expenses
3. your answers to application questions
4. name of recommender you are applying to
5. artistic examples – images or video documentation of your work:
6. maximum of 8 images or 8 minutes of video
7. support documents:
a. résumé
b. letter/document confirming your exhibition (contract, letter of confirmation on letterhead, or email correspondence). This document must include:
i. exhibition start and end dates
ii. name and contact information of exhibition organizer
iii. location and address of exhibition venue
