Maximize your savings and efficiency with our Commercial CoolSaver program, delivered in collaboration with Alectra Utilities. Eligible businesses in York Region can receive free A/C tune-ups for HVAC systems – plus exclusive instant discounts on a variety of high efficiency upgrades.
Free tune-ups include airflow correction, air filter cleaning or replacement, digital refrigerant analysis, and cleaning of indoor blower, evaporator coils and condenser coils.

Incentives per unit
1. Commercial CoolSaver A/C Tune-up (<= 5 Tons to > 15 Tons): FREE
(Up to $800 value)
2. Demand controlled ventilation (DCV) (> 100,000-250,000 sq. ft.): $3,000
3. Demand controlled ventilation (50,000-100,000 sq. ft.): $1,500
4. Refrigerant Charge Adjustment (RCA): $100 – $240
5. Electronically commutated motor (ECM) for supply fan (< l hp): $600
6. ECM for supply fan (variable air volume < 1,000 CFM): $250
7. Notched belt for HVAC systems: $25 - $450
8. Synchronous belt for HVAC systems: $60 - $130
9. Advanced Rooftop Controls (>=3.0 tons to <11.4 tons): $1,000 - $3,000
