Description:
This initiative provides funding for collaborative research projects aimed in particular at the integration and development of new technologies relating to artificial intelligence (AI).
Comments on Funding:
Maximum assistance of $1,500,000 per project (over 3 years).

Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. have collaborative research projects;
2. be developing new technologies relating to artificial intelligence (AI);
3. be any of these program categories:
a) PARTENAR-IA Academic SME:
i. Minimum 1 company (SME) and 1 research organization;
ii. Minimum industrial contribution of 20% of the project;
iii. Funding rate of 40% of eligible expenses (cash).
b) PARTENAR-IA Academic Large company:
i. Minimum 1 company (GE) and 1 research organization (absence of SMEs);
ii. Minimum industrial contribution of 40% of the project (of which 50% max in kind);
iii. Funding rate of 20% of eligible expenses (cash and kind).
