Description:
This program provides funding to support promising and innovative projects that will diversify outlets for used tires or significantly improve existing products in order to increase their added value.
Comments on Funding:
The maximum financial assistance per company, in the form of a non-repayable contribution to investments, is $75,000 and cannot exceed 75% of eligible expenses.

Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be owners or operators of used tire conditioning or processing centers located in Quebec;
2. be organizations seeking to establish a conditioning or processing facility in Quebec;
3. be Quebec-based businesses aiming to adapt their processes to incorporate used tire components;
4. be manufacturers of new tires.

Applicants must:
1. consult the Normative Framework (PDF, 865 KB) to ensure that their project is eligible;
2. download and complete the Application Form (PDF, 914 KB) and the Calculator (XLSX, 76 KB);
3. send us all the required documents by email to app@recyc-quebec.gouv.qc.ca.
Documentation Needed:
Applicants must submit a completed Application Form, all the required documents.
Other Things to Note:
The program will be open to applications from June 1, 2023, to December 31, 2026.
