Description:

PAAR aims to support the implementation of projects that promote the vitality of communities, the attraction and influence of Capitale-Nationale region. This stream provided funding for cultural, tourist and sports events of national and international caliber and for national and international summit and symposium projects.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be non-profit organizations legally constituted under Part III of the Companies Act (R.S.Q., chapter C-38);
2. national museums for the organization of large-scale international exhibitions;
3. the tribal council of an indigenous community;
4. the Metropolitan Community of Quebec, municipalities, regional county municipalities, as well as municipal or intermunicipal organizations under them;
5. cooperatives that, due to their constitutional status, prohibit the distribution of dividends and the payment of interest on preferred shares issued to members;
6. for-profit organizations legally constituted that have submitted a project related to tourist attractions or festivals and events.

Application Steps:

To submit a request for financial assistance, applicants must:
1. complete and sign the form;
2. attach all required documents before sending everything by email.

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must provide the completed application form and the additional information and documents requested by the Secretariat of the National Capital.
