Description:
This program provides funding to owners or tenants of office premises for their development, redevelopment or renovation projects. It aims to improve the quality of office spaces, to stimulate entrepreneurship and the synergy of players so as to make the downtown core of Trois-Rivières innovation.
Comments on Funding:
1. The subsidy is 50% of the actual cost of eligible works, up to a maximum amount of $5,000.
2. The total subsidy amount for a new business establishment or the expansion of an existing business establishment cannot exceed $30,000.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be new tenants or owner-occupants of vacant spaces located in commercial, office, or mixed-use buildings:
2. be promoting the establishment of new business establishments in the downtown area:
a) Business establishment: For the streets des Forges and Notre-Dame Centre, a space located on any floor above the ground floor. For other streets within the applicable area, any vacant space including the ground floor.
b) Retail establishments: For the streets des Forges, Notre-Dame Centre, and Hart (between des Forges and Bonaventure streets), a vacant space located on the ground floor.
3. The duration of the occupancy must be at least three years.
