Description:
This program provides funding to support projects that allow the reuse, packaging, or recycling of beverage containers that are marketed and recovered in Quebec. This local transformation also aims to use recyclable materials as a resource according to the principles of the circular economy in order to maintain and diversify outlets for reuse, packaging, or recycling. Program details are only available in French.
Comments on Funding:
Funding amount ranges from $500,000 up to $2,000,000 depending on the eligible project category.

Eligibility:
The applicant must:
1. be any business or organization that engages in or wishes to engage in the reuse, conditioning, or recycling of beverage containers;
2. be legally incorporated;
3. have a business location in Quebec.

Applicants must:
1. consult the Regulatory Framework (PDF, 434 KB) to ensure your project is eligible;
2. download and complete the Application Form (DOCX, 413 KB) and the Calculator (XLSX, 222 KB);
3. send all required documents by email to the address 2RCB@recyc-quebec.gouv.qc.ca;
4. In a source reduction principle, RECYC-QUÉBEC will not process requests submitted in paper format unless under exceptional circumstances.
