Eligibility:
Before submitting an application, consult the program to learn about the eligibility criteria. Then take note of the submission dates.
Application Steps:
All requests must be submitted through the secure electronic portal SOD@ccès . By logging into SOD@ccès, you will need to:
Create your user profile if you are a new user or enter your access codes
Choose the program that corresponds to your request, either:
program 30-19-01 for a request to section 1
program 30-19-03 for a request to section 2
program 30-19-04 for a request to section 3
program 30-19-05 for a request to section 4
Complete the application form and upload all required documents
Please note that before submitting an application, you will need to prepare the documentation to be transferred to SOD@ccès.

Please ensure that you attach all required documents to SOD@ccès. Documents must be compliant, complete, in force, dated and signed by the persons with the required authority, when required. Only complete and compliant applications will be analyzed. Applications that are incomplete by their submission deadlines will be declared inadmissible and must be resubmitted.
