Accelerate the realization of an investment project for your company by allowing the use of studies prior to your investment project, i.e. feasibility studies and a digital diagnosis.

Maximum aid rate: 50% of eligible expenses
Maximum amount: $50,000 per project

Eligibility:

Your business is eligible if it is a for-profit business, or a social economy business within the meaning of the Social Economy Act (RLRQ, chapter E 1.1.1).

Businesses must be registered in Quebec and operate there to benefit from financial support under the program.

To be eligible for the program, foreign companies must be registered in Quebec and commit to carrying out an activity there no later than twelve months following authorization of the project.

Request for disbursement

Transmission of the disbursement request (90 days max. after the expected end date of the project for the final disbursement)
Analysis of the request and confirmation of the disbursement amount

Final disbursement

Receipt of check within 20 days after receipt of confirmation of the disbursement amount

Other Things to Note:

As of midnight on October 3, 2024 , component 1 of the ESSOR Program is temporarily suspended. This suspension is primarily intended to ensure the availability of funds for authorized projects.
The receipt of new applications is suspended until further notice to ensure proper management of the budget envelope and program standards.
