Amount:

$6,000.00

Description:

Certain provisions of the working conditions allow the various civil service organisations to adopt a ministerial system for the organisation and reduction of working time (ARTT).

Such a system aims to improve the quality of life and motivation of employees and, depending on the circumstances, to generate savings on the payroll which could in particular enable jobs to be saved.

Below we present general information relating to the organisation and reduction of working hours.

To find out the terms of application that apply to you, we invite you to consult the regime specific to your organization.

Comments on Funding:

Detailed funding information can be checked in the programme guide.

Deadline:

Rolling Deadline

Eligibility:

The working conditions provide that an employee wishing to join a ministerial ARTT plan must be full-time and not be disabled. Furthermore, an employee participating in a deferred salary leave without pay (CSTTD) option cannot join a work time adjustment and reduction plan.

The ARTT departmental plans in effect in the public service are generally intended for regular employees as well as casual employees. In order to obtain the benefits related to the pension plan, the employee must have accumulated 36 months of service. To find out the eligibility criteria that apply to you, consult the plan in place in your organization.

Please note that the working conditions of certain employment groups do not provide for the possibility of setting up a ministerial ARTT regime.

Furthermore, under their working conditions, executives only have access to agreements on reduction and adjustment of working time with accumulation of compensatory leave.
