Eligibility:
Companies established in Quebec with good experience in markets outside Quebec and offering a product or service with potential in the target market are eligible, on the condition that:
the projects do not result in relocation to Quebec (job losses, factory closures, etc.)
the projects are in compliance with international trade rules (agreement and others).
Other conditions may apply. Start-ups are excluded.
